My Computer Is Sick

I don't know maybe it is the cold weather, or maybe my computer is having the post Christmas blues....whatever it is....it is NOT working right!! So frustrating!! So for now no pictures you will just have to use your imagination! We had a wonderful Christmas. We spent Christmas Eve day up at Linder's house sledding in the winter wonderland of Woodland Hills! It was so gorgeous and so so much fun! We sled our hearts out until it was getting to dark so we went inside to warm up. Linda and Larry had prepared a beautiful meal and we all sat down to enjoy it. After dinner it was time for the Zimmerman Christmas Eve Talent Show!! You have never seen anything like it!! Highlight of the night....of course Ashley and myself singing Up On The Housetop!! We are now a trio with Adelyn joining us this year!! We had a great time singing, listening to some beautiful piano pieces, reading Christmas stories and topped it off with the Nativity starring the Grandchildren. I have to say Cooper was the CUTEST wise man you could ever see...I will try to get a picture later. After that it was time to set out the cookies for Santa, sprinkle our reindeer dust and put the kiddos to bed! Some people put off wrapping so they had to do it all that night(ME!).
Christmas morning was wonderful my kids were so excited to open up some very special gifts. Not from the old man in red and not even from their wonderful parents. They were most excited and headed straight for the homemade gifts they had made and wrapped for each other!! This was my Christmas highlight! They were not concerned with the gifts from Santa, us or anyone else they wanted to see their sisters open the gifts they had GIVEN, not received! It was the most precious thing and I will never EVER forget it!
After all the excitement and fun we ate breakfast...pull aparts, egg quiche, and homemade eggnog....yummy! Then we sat down and played games for hours, went sledding some more, enjoyed Grandma and Grandpas new Wii and had so much fun we decided to stay one more night! It was so nice to be away from everything and just spend time as a family!

Hope everyone had a great Christmas and good luck with you new year!
